I began mentoring and coaching small business owners in 2022, following a successful career spanning over 40 years in management positions and recent retirement from IBM as an IT Project Manager.  In the later part of my career, I sustained injuries that changed my life, consuming both my internal and external resources. I was mentally, physically, and spiritually broken. It was a rough and lonely road to travel while trying to recover from injuries that take time and attention to heal. Having a background in the mental health industry as a Mental Health Technician and group therapy facilitator, I tried traditional methods of healing and recovery. Unfortunately, I experienced what many have: traditional methods offered little to no lasting solutions, and with a chronic nerve disorder, I needed a lifelong solution. Disgusted and wanting to end the turmoil, I was willing to try just about anything to ease the pain and blur the memory of who I was before my injury, but nothing worked....
